The freeze-dried products are available as whole berries, chopped fruit and vegetables, powder and in smaller pieces and can therefore also add structure and give great color combinations. One alternative to the more health-based products could be our CRAFT® extracts from Iprona. These powders are standardized on polyphenols and anthocyanins. It is a 100% water-soluble fruit powder that is produced without the use of extractants.
