Kombucha

Kombucha

As a producer of fermented beverages with live cultures such as Kombucha or Kefir, you are looking for healthy, natural, and tasty ingredients that can work in conjunction with the sour drink.

Should the drink have a twist of fresh fruit notes from the juice of blueberries, raspberries, sea buckthorn, mango or maybe a little sweet carrot, apple, or a great beetroot. Maybe you prefer notes from the more floral and spicier corner, here our water-extracted infusions will be very good. If the drink is to have a healthier profile, it could be purees with fiber and nutrients, or our CRAFT® extracts from Iprona which are standardized on polyphenols and anthocyanins. 100% water-soluble fruit powder produced without the use of extractants.

We have a wide selection of single strength fruit and vegetable juices, purees, and juice concentrates, as well as our water-extracted infusions of various flowers and herbs.

Most products can be offered in aseptic packages that make it easier to store, handle and use in production, so you do not open more material than you need.

The CRAFT® extracts are packaged in 10kg units.
